Ideally located in Woking, Surrey, our residential home accommodates up to 24 ladies and gentlemen, each looked after with individual attention and care. What We Offer

With two floors of accommodation and a lift to the first floor, your loved ones will have their own private space with en-suite facilities, plus a wide variety of communal areas and gardens where they can relax and socialise with other residents. Greys Residential Home is accredited by both the CQC and the Surrey Care Association.

Greys Residential Homes Limited can confirm it is meeting the legislative processes required to ensure a robust approach to safeguarding matters within our resident population to keep people safe. We aspire to provide high quality residential care across our regulated care service. We understand our safeguarding responsibilities and consider them of vital importance.

 

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) have been assured we have robust processes in place to support staff to recognise the abuse and keep people safe. In our regulated services staff understand the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and work within the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS).

 

We report our safeguarding activity against agreed metrics on a monthly basis as part of Quality Assurance. We work in partnership with Surrey Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub whenever a safeguarding concern is raised in a regulated service.

  • Meeting our statutory requirements for Disclosure Barring Service [DBS] checks for our staff.

  • Safeguarding policies are in place and align with Surrey Safeguarding Procedures.

  • A Training Needs Assessment is in place to ensure those working with vulnerable adults complete mandatory training as a priority and have access supervision relevant to their roles.

  • We have a named lead for safeguarding adults in place in our regulated service, which provides the company with assurances that safeguarding systems and process are effective and compliant.
